Question by snealie: What is the oldest generation of ipod nano that can be used in the 2009 Honda Civic?
I would like to purchase a used ipod nano to keep in my car so I don't have to keep taking my itouch in and out of the car. Any one know what's the oldest nano that can be used using the factory installed connection? I'm only interested in a nano and I don't need any accessories to connect the ipod to the car. Thanks!

Is your connection a dock or just a spindle type speaker wire plug?
If it is the speaker wire plug, they should all work.
